What part of Palmdale, California is the worst to live at?

Question

my friend wants to move to 25 east palmdale but she wants to know if theres a lot of gang violence in that area


because she has 3 children the age of 17, 14, and 2
and she doesn't want her children to be in danger


she also wants to know the worst area of palmdale to live at



any advice would be great!

I am from Palmdale. Where is your friend moving from? The streets are laid out like this... Running N/S is street numbers (Ex: 25th St East) running E/W is street letters (Ex: Avenue S (Z-W)) If she is looking into 25th Street East & Avenue S.. there are a few apartment complexes over there, and whatever houses are over there are older ones. The entire valley is "ghetto".. and there is no escaping the gangs, crime, ect. The best parts of Palmdale are the newer housing areas. The West side of Palmdale is very nice.. but again, nice doesn't mean safe. Are you really safe anywhere? Also there are drugs everywhere. The children are old enough for school (the 2 oldest are at least) so therefore.. depending on who they become friends with in school.. they could very well be introduced to drugs. Like I said, it's everywhere. So basically.. to answer your question.. 25th st E is not bad.. but it's not the best area in Palmdale. If you have enough money.. go for the newer houses on the westside, or the newer houses on the eastside (47th St E)

You're probably not going to find many people in here from Palmdale.



Seeing as there is no 25 E. Palmdale Blvd, I can only assume you mean 25th St East, in Palmdale.



Chances are, there is less danger than where your friend is coming from. It's not a bad part of town. Looks pretty nice.

Palmdale sucks!!! The AV sucks!!! i used to go out there alot. You got all your rejects from L.A crips,bloods,cholos,then you got skin heads in the mix,hot azz summers,desert. it sucks! nothing out there. i was around 25 E palmdale a lot. east palmdale is the poor side of town jaja. the west side was the good "white" part.
