Because you legally can not enter into any agreements until you are 18, you will not be able to check-in to any hotel. Even when you turn 18 your choices would be limited because several hotels require a person to be 21 or older to check-in.

Hotels have age restrictions. They don't allow anyone under the age of 18 to rent a room and check in alone. Some don't allow anyone alone under the age of 21.

You might re-think your plans to include an adult.

A possible solution would be for your parents to reserve and pay for the room, and make special arrangements with the hotel management for you to stay there alone. They would have to contact various hotels to find if any would allow this arrangement, and my feeling is that none would. Remember, you're legally a child until you are 18 and hotel managements don't condone children staying alone.

In this day and age there are simply too many dangers for a child alone in a strange city.

You can't legally sign a contract until the age 18. Using a credit card, buying an airline ticket, checking into a hotel, renting a car, etc. all constitute signing a contract.

You also have to be 25 years old to rent a car.

Your best---and easiest----option would be to include one of your parents in your plans.

somebody as quickly as sniped a billboard, an outdoors commercial, which replaced into an advert for some no longer basic liquor, with the words 'liquid panty remover'. that asserts each and everything. If she'll do issues while she drinks it is accessible it loosens her inhibitions adequate that the guy gets her pants off, or she passes out and he does stuff to her whilst she's subconscious. merely check along with her, tell her you're frightened, and tell her to be careful to no longer drink too plenty, probable tell her which you're frightened approximately it. it relatively is all you're able to do and want she does not get in worry. while she gets lower back, in case you opt for for you are able to ask her how replaced into the celebration yet do no longer, below any circumstances, ask her something approximately what occurred. you do no longer choose for to be attentive to one way or the different except she volunteers it. to show this female you care approximately her (and have confidence her), you provide her the income of the doubt, presume that she did no longer do something and you act as though no longer something occurred.

Check with the hotel you plan on staying at. Sometimes with prior consent from a parent/guardian you can check into a hotel under the age of 18. Typically, however, most hotels do not allow anyone under 18 to check in to a hotel.

Probably not. Although I was able to arrange for my 17-year-old to stay in a hotel next to campus [in California] when he had to go back before the dorms were open, by calling the manager and arranging it.

I believe if an adult reserves or checks you in you should be fine. The contract is between the otel and the adult and you.

No. You'll need an adult with you. Minors cannot check-in alone.
