I stayed in my city all my life so I was wondering what forms I need to fill or what should I keep and not keep and all other details.

In addition to doing everything TexandC suggested, call all your utility companies and schedule a day for them to disconnect your service... also make sure to give them your new mailing address as it's possible you may have a refund owed to you if you put down a deposit to being utility service. Also, when disconnecting your phone service, you can have it set up so that your new # is given to callers for 6 months. Good luck with your move.

If oyu moving out of your city, all you need to do typically is putin a Change of address form in at the post office. For a specific time it will forward your mail to your new address and give you little cards that you can send in to credit card companies ect. Typically you will be able to change your address on your credit card statement or car payment stub for exmple. In most states it's also required by law to change your Drivers License within 30 days...unless you are going to school temporarily. If you have a small town bank...you may need to withdraw your $$ and open a new account in your new city, but not a big problem.
