Inglewood is a city in Los Angeles county located south of the city of Los Angeles. Its one of the closer suburbs of L.A.and very dangerous.

its technically an independent city, but outside of LA everyone just referes to it as "La"

Yes. A bad part, but a part nonetheless. Just southwest of Downtown, and south of Hollywood.
