All those gangs and nobody even mentioned the Avenues.



The thing is, it's amazing how many gangs they can pack into certain areas of the city. For example, I've lived here a lot longer than the previous eye-rolling poster, and I've yet to see gunfire in my neighborhood, or 30-minute traffic-less car chases with bullets flying and special effects explosions.



Seriously, you can roll your eyes all you want. But the gang problems aren't as bad as you think. Or at least as bad as one person thinks. One has to wonder why he's so negative. I mean, he's probably got it nice, living at home with mom and dad, in that terribly "rough" part of the South Valley with million-dollar homes, no grafitti, and no gangs to speak of.

Yes there are hundreds, just google L.A. Gangs...Specific gangs tend to come and go over long periods of time. It is hard to say and find accurate info....a lot of "reports" are not in the ball park, data wise, with other reports...The ones I knew of, I don't think exist anymore...

All the elected officials at various City County and The State level.. They have blinders on to the gang problems and just jack the tax payers for extra bling for their special projects.

and to think, were sending the military to the middle east to stop terrorism and what we should be doing is having the military use their fancy toys in some parts of the So Cali area.
