Any beach that has tide pools. Kids love to look at the starfish, little hermit crabs, sea anenomes and crabs that can found in them. Plus, it's educational and they don't know it.

Laguna Beach, Palos Verdes, Crystal Cove, Cabrillo, Doheny and Dana Point Marine Life Refuge are some places that have tide pools.
